Cancellation Policy
- Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment can be rescheduled, allowing clients to avail of the consultation within a fortnight.
- If InnerHarmony cancels the appointment, a new appointment will be rescheduled as per the mutually agreed date and time slot between InnerHarmony and the Client.
