Refunds Policy
- If, due to some contingency, it is not possible for the Client to attend the session on the scheduled date and time, the Client can request a full refund within 48 hours of the booked session date.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
- If you miss an appointment without a valid reason, no refund will be issued, and the full session fee will be charged.
- If InnerHarmony cancels the appointment and a convenient new date and time slot cannot be agreed upon, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
